With the ever growing popularity of social media networks such as Facebook and twitter,using these networks to fully prompts a blog has become one of the more successful methods.

When composing the perfect tweet or status update in order to draw readers in,it takes time and research before posting to get the maximum effect out of it. There are multiple resources on each site that bloggers can utilize to make readers engage in their post and get views.

In order to get more traffic to your blog, it is important to establish a readership base. Facebook and Twitter combined may have the largest number of humans on the web. Still, the kind of traffic they generate is not stable and sometimes may not be targeted. However, by utilizing social networks to your advantage, you can get the deserved acclaim for your writing.

There must be balance between your social marketing activities and writing work. As a writer first concentrate on how well to tell the story.Whatever the type of content that you are creating, whether it is a poem, novel, short story or screenplay, always add your personal touch. These are mediums of expression. Every person has a unique nature and when that reflects in writing, it works wonders. Add a style element to the story.Be unique in your writing. No one will ever appreciate something that looks stereotyped.


Establishing a blog is large effort for anyone. Corporate blogs are especially challenging given multiple contributors and groups participating. Whether you’re an individual starting a blog, a start-up, mid-size company or large corporation the steps to promote follow the same path.

 Use social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest to promote your content. Grow and nurture your communities. Posting your blog links to Twitter only isn’t going to garner a lot of interest. Be diverse and part of the communities you decide to participate in.
