Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
Strong mathematics and understanding of call center metric calculations.
Strong Computer Skills required; Excel, Workforce Management Software, Telephony tools

Job Description:
Responsible for working with call center, IT and Telecom staff as we as Call Center vendors to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction with the call floor and resources for the Consumer Segment.
Responsible for long/ short term forecasting by ensuring that the Workforce Analysts utilize their scheduling process and tools.
Will participate in strategic business planning as it pertains to forecasting and planning.
Partners with the management team to share responsibility for meeting service level and response time objectives across all contact channels.
Manage the constant flow of communication between Operations , Recruiting, Training and Quality, STAT, Readiness and Executive Management to achieve goals and promote a customer focused work environment
Support the Operations and Vendor partners in providing exceptional customer/client service and value.
